|Recommended: YesGood place to live, lots to offer. — I'd recommend to live at the District. It's a nice place with great amenities and staff. It's very affordable and has a lot to offer compared to other properties around grand forks Aspen, the district, the boden . The unit itself has a great layout and design, nice backwash, its great having an in unit washer dryer. I wish that we had at least chosen the 3rd floor as I'm on the 2nd and the townhomes from across are taking away any view that we have, our view is that of the dumpster by the garage. I'm not a fan of the kitchen countertops as the stone is very porous and can stain easily which is difficult to clean. Some complaints would be that the dogs ruin the cleanliness in and out of the building. I've seen dog hair all over the place inside the building and it's not uncommon to see dog waste all around the foundation and even when just trying to enter the door. Parking is rarely an issue and it depends on the time of year. There's been several occasions where there's no parking and I had to park at the businesses south of the buildings. It's a pretty noisy apartment, it's either the dogs barking from down the hall or the college-aged tenants that are making noise, I guess this is to be expected in a college town. Overall, this apartment is bang for the buck. Lots to offer if you're a dog person and don't mind college students.
Thanks for the review, Jack!
|Recommended: YesThe Best Most Modern Apartment in the World — So let me start with what Doesn't The District have Almost nothing. The only thing I always want in a luxury apartment An indoor pool so I can swim when it's cold which is really amazing to have in ND. But that's the Only thing The District doesn't have. Starting w the staff Sarah is super amazing and so down to earth and helpful ... Kaitlyn nice also ... Josh is just that sweet nice guy who is chill and would give you the shirt off his back in this 0 degree weather ... and Robert is the guy who seems to be able to do and fix anything. Then the amenities I can't even tell you how much i love this building. Outdoor pool, free internet just bring your router , free washer dryer w steam iron and sink and huge table for folding and 2 plush chairs to sit on for studios, in unit W D for bigger sizes, a pet washing room just like a groomer would have, a big bike room w Air and tools and table to fix your bike, a pool table, a huge common room for parties or just to watch TV w an electric fireplace, an upstairs conference room w table and TV, 2 open lobby areas w TV and fireplaces and seating that's comfortable, free Starbucks and other brands for tea and lattes and cappuccinos, a huge gym that has everything you need which looks to be 1200 square feet with 15 foot ceilings, indoor parking garage if you want, free outdoor parking, no keys or fobs but just an app to open all doors except mailboxes your apple or smart watch can also open all doors , balconies for many units, dogs and cats allowed, and just modern and always kept clean. The interior of the units have all new appliances, the washer and dryer are top of the line and use AI, and it's quiet while right off S Washington Street on 40th Avenue and just 1 mile from 32nd Avenue where all the stores are. This is by far my favorite luxury building in the . The District gets 100 stars You are the reason I stayed in North Dakota . Kudos to the architect and contractors and owner. Plus I loved it that they checked not your credit score but other factors bc it truly is not an indicator of financial responsibility. I brag about The District everyday to my friends and family so they are jealous. Oh and they have EV charge stations There isnt enough space to write all the great things we have.
Thanks for the amazing review, Karina! It's been great having you and we are so glad you enjoy the amenities.

|Recommended: YesGreat Place--It's gonna keep getting better — Because I moved in while there was still construction happening dog park, sidewalks, landscaping, etc , there were naturally maintenance around for the majority of times I was home. HOWEVER, the finished products that I am seeing are turning out wonderfully. This place and all of its amenities are wonderful for the price we're paying. All in all, a great place that seems to only be improving.
|Recommended: Yes10X better than any apartment I've lived in — The District is brand new and it shows, the apartment is clean with all new appliances and was built in the way where I can't hear any of my neighbors, staff is nice and informed on any questions I have had. the amenities are great pool, gym, lounge areas, and coffee bar are all very nice additions, only problem is the parking lot is small and the spacing lines vary greatly in size.
|Recommended: YesI love it here — I am so happy I chose to live at the District. My apartment is my favorite place to be nowadays
We enjoy having you as a tenant, Ethlyn. Thank you!

Thank you for being a tenant here, Max!
|Recommended: YesI’ve lived here a little over a month now and it is nice, but certain things are really slow moving to become built accessible. The dog park isn’t even close to being done and hasn’t seen any progress since I moved in mid-July. The parking lot gets really full by the end of the night and the south-side parking garage isn’t ffinished yet, so there isn’t an option for paid covered parking yet for my building. Overall, management staff is great and the other amenities are nice, but there is no dog park, no grass on the property yet soon, I guess , and the parking situation is a bit hectic.
